  • Payment processing and wallet management

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not transport prohibited or illegal items
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Respect other users and platform policies

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Illegal drugs and controlled substances
  • Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials
  • Stolen goods or counterfeit items
  • Items that violate customs or import/export regulations

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Senders pay upfront for shipments, and travelers receive payment upon successful delivery confirmation. VerifyCarry charges a service fee as outlined in our pricing structure.

6. Limitation of Liability

VerifyCarry acts as an intermediary platform. While we implement verification measures, we are not responsible for the actions of users, loss or damage to items, or disputes between parties. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VerifyCarry is registered.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
